OSM Concrete was engaged during the final stages of a major residential renovation at a beautiful residence in Tallai to resurface the property’s main service driveway ahead of real estate photography and open inspections.
The project involved approximately 600m² of decorative concrete resurfacing across a heavily used service driveway that had been subjected to years of trade traffic during the broader renovation works. Extensive preparation, grinding and contaminant removal were required before the resurfacing system could be applied.
With only three days available before the property was scheduled for marketing photography, the project demanded rapid mobilisation, disciplined planning and flawless execution.

Project Challenges
One of the primary challenges was the extremely compressed programme. OSM Concrete was engaged shortly before the property was due to be photographed and presented to market, leaving only three days to complete the resurfacing works.
The driveway had also been heavily utilised throughout the broader renovation process, resulting in years of trade-related contamination, staining and surface wear that required extensive preparation before resurfacing could commence.
