Different surfaces require different machinery and tools.  This can be the difference in days of machinery and labor onsite, limiting potential damage to surrounding structures which ultimately limits costing our valued clients more.  Having access to a vast range of machinery and knowing when to use it for the best outcome is crucial.  

So much of concrete demolition and replacement requires old-fashioned labour.  Sometimes machinery can't get access to areas or in order to limit damage, a bit of finesse is needed.
